McLean Contracting Company has signed a contract in excess of $10 Million with Midtown Baltimore, LLC to construct the bulkheading for the new Ritz Carlton Residences in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. McLean
crews started the marine demolition in December, 2004 and are well
under way with the waterside bulkhead and landside sheeting. Once
the buildings are out of the ground, McLean will complete the promenade
structure including the new bridge on the northeast end of the property.
