Keith Christiansen Jr., has received a cash safety award for having a specific jobsite safety checklist developed and for assigning an employee the responsibility of performing 4 daily jobsite inspections. Keith supports the onsite safety representative by providing him the ability to take appropriate and immediate corrective action including disciplinary action if warranted. As a result, the Accident Incident Rate on Keith's project has gone down and violations based on the Safety Department inspections have become non-existent.
